Was anyone able to remove all their payment methods ? I don't want to keep any payment details to make sure nothing is charged to my credit card in future. I have turned off the auto pay option.

just enter wrong exp date, or use virtual card.
i would rather they charge the card, then dispute the charge. these companies need to learn to stop scamming.

Anyone been able to successfully order a second phone this week? I went all the way through the verification process and then received an "unable to process order" error. My cart is empty when I log back in.

Don't want to keep trying again if they've closed this option.
They MAY have killed the 2nd line deal.

After multiple failed attempts to add a line (receive a 2nd phone for $30), I called support. I was told you can no longer add a line via web page. They also said that you can't add a line until you have received the phone. It might still be possible via the app.

If anyone finds a way to still get a 2nd line for $30, please share it.

Thanks -- you mention we can no longer add a line via the website. Did they offer you this option over the phone, instead?

They didn't offer it on the phone.

I was able to purchase the phone for $30 online, but couldn't add a line. On my first phone I was able to get a new number rather than transfer a number. So far, even tho the phone shows as shipped, I'm not seeing anything under manage lines to activate. Hoping with the holiday I'll be able to do it tomorrow. Just less of a pain than transferring the GV number.

According to this discussion on Reddit, https://www.reddit.com/r/USMobile/s/8viiCLXSc3 this phone even when unlocked will NOT work on T-Mobile or AT&T. That is a bummer because I ordered the phone with the idea of using it on AT&T or T-Mobile. I just received the phone and I guess I will be eating the shipping costs to send it back under the Total return policy. Sounds like there are a lot of pitfalls with trying to use many of the phones from Tracphone/Total/StraightTalk on AT&T or T-Mobile. Since most of the phones are locked to the Verizon network because of the lack of the firmware necessary. It kind of explains why Verizon has the generous 60 day unlock policy (versus 1 year I believe for TMobile and AT&T) for their promotional phone offers. https://www.reddit.com/r/USMobile/s/8viiCLXSc3

Damn, I thought there was a decent chance it would work. But thanks so much for letting me know. I even did a reddit search, but guess I was too specific in my terms and didn't see the one you found.
It's not a discussion. It's one person that doesn't know what they are talking about. This phone will 100% work on Tmobile once unlocked. AT&T does have a whitelist and should be avoided for anything but iPhones if you want 100% functionality (VoLTE, wifi calling, visual voicemail).

Indeed, I made my post above prior to other people later adding comments to that Reddit post saying that the phone would indeed work on TMobile and even AT&T although the phone is not on the AT&T whitelist. Based on those later comments, I am now confident enough that I will be able to use this phone for my purposes that I went ahead and opened the box, set the phone up and requested the port in. In fact I even took the further plunge of ordering a second phone (this time with the Samsung A35) which only came to about $50 with taxes etc.

I just unboxed my phone set it up and used my unlocked Google Voice number for the port in. This was on Tuesday, Nov. 27th. That afternoon I received a voice mail message from Total saying that all looked good with my port in request and the phone would be activate on December 3 which is 6 days after I made the port in request. So maybe because of the Thanksgiving holiday or because it is a Google Voice number, it is taking a few days to complete the port in. I really don't mind that delay, but do hope that they live up to that promise and actually complete the port in on Dec. 3rd. In the meantime, I am able to make calls, send texts and use data, But I cannot receive calls or text messages.

He talking BS. This is a WONDERFUL midrange phone. I'm literally typing this response, with it. I also bought my wife one. This phone has a very premium quality feel. Great camera, great CPU, very quick touch response. I have not done any gaming with it yet. Bought it back in May. Battery life is really good also.

Concur as well. Keeping in mind the tier of this model, it's a very good phone. Only 2 things I don't like about this one. One is the curved screen. I'd much prefer a regular flat one, but that is just personal opinion and not even that big a deal to me. The other is Motorola seems to be getting more intrusive/bloated than before. You expect some of that with a carrier phone and their junk, but Moto's new UI and some of their newer apps add more of it to their layer. That's just an annoyance and can be uninstalled and/or disabled just like carrier bloat though. Otherwise it's been a really good phone so far and you certainly won't find better for this kind of money except maybe the free iPhone 12's on that metro deal depending what your preference is.
