This ticks all of the boxes for a top end gaming laptop.

I have seen deals lately with a comparable CPU and GPU, but with IPS LED displays for ~$2,400. Up to you to decide if the mini-LED screen is worth an extra $200. It probably depends on if you are regularly gaming on the built in display or on an external display.
Review:
https://www.notebookcheck.net/Ace...564.0.html

Build quality is considered good, but not quite excellent, with a blend of metal and plastic in the chassis, a very nice keyboard and a very nice trackpad. WiFi-7 and a very nice bright 700+ nits display.
The review does mention loud fan noise and slightly below expected performance for the top end CPU/GPU combination in this machine, but they also decided to run the tests in performance mode (49db) vs turbo mode (61db) so the performance is available if you're willing to put up with loud fans.
The battery life tops out at about 3 hours even for productivity workloads, but lets be honest, you're not buying this machine for it's portability. It does however have 100W USB-C charging so at least you don't have to carry around the power brick unless you are gaming.
If you want a top end gaming laptop then this is an excellent deal for a laptop with top end specs. If you're willing to wait, I have seen other deals recently on a similarly specked machine for $2,400, but without the mini-LED display.

These 13-14th gen intel cpus have so much thermal throttles. I'd stay away and build a pc. A desktop rtx4070 is much better and more stable than a rtx4090mobile gpu. Just wait as a whole new architecture is ready to launch soon . All New cpu/gpu complete new architecture with faster ram and ssd. All microled and oled displays coming
