Hi OP! Both item pages list 240Hz, but the title here shows 250Hz - might be a good idea to update.

It's 250Hz.
The Best Buy listing is wrong. ThIs model doesn't come with 240Hz IPS but 250Hz mini-LED. It's also been posted before numerous of times.

Technically the lowest price ever, but it's still kinda overpriced. I'd also absolutely avoid Raptor Lake or Raptor Lake S given the tendency of those CPU's to cook themselves to death, and the unfortunate reality that we can't really trust Intel to tell us that they've rectified the problem, but that's just me.

I have the younger brother with lower gfx and cpu and love it. I have a WFH job and I use this for gaming/youtube etc. 18" screen means I don't need a external monitor.

What I love is the mouse pad and keyboard has virtually zero flex unlike other gaming laptops. I have the rtx 4060 with the 1080 IPS panel and I use this for RPGs like Elden Ring, Skyrim etc. 1080p gaming is excellent at high settings. The LED's can be customed or disabled.

I bought mine during the Acer open box sale earlier this year ($900) and zero issues with the build.
