I Purchased a deal from eBay last year from a seller (Best Buy), received metal in a box, and was told by eBay to ship it back to the seller. The seller accused me of fraud for sending back what they sent me. eBay backed them up and suspended my 24-year-old perfect account. I had to get BBB involved to get my money back. Understood.... I've been on ebay long time as well... this is. Being sold directly by the OEM so I'm not as worried

Down votes are probably because everyone knows this, and someone who isn't familiar with laptop gaming isn't going to be hanging around maxed out laptop threads. Highly doubt anyone but a very small population of gamers are looking at 18" gaming laptops.

eBay warranties are the 3rd party all state ones they don't offer acer warranties on their "acer refurbished" items
yes allstate/squaretrade does cover the warranty aspect. I have used them over the years and had good success with either getting fixed or they just give me my money back

To be fair, I sold a used CPU before and the buyer wanted a refund and sends me back a bottle of vitamins. Frauds on both sides might be frequent
