I bought these a year ago for about the same $ and they are the single most painful shoes I have ever worn. Gave me severe blisters which I'm not prone to at all

I got these water shoes last year as well and had a similar experience.

The seams from the manufacturing mold or whatever method they're made from basically rubbed part of my heel/Achilles tendon area raw on one foot and caused a blister on the other. The seam in the tongue area also irritated the top of my foot.

If you have hobbit feet and dont need to worry about the blister stuff they may be ok for river float trips etc for the price

How does carbon fiber and a racing stripe somehow make these uglier?

Don't buy the water shoes from this brand. Its quality is not good. Your feet will be hurt. I wouldn't buy it even for $1.

Lol yeah they really hurt my feet too.

However, I wore them with socks in an office because my feet got sweaty. The socks provided some cushioning, and after a year of daily wear, they softened up enough to not hurt as much. No way I would recommend them given that experience, but if you already own them and have hot feet, give that a try. It will still hurt for months while you're breaking them in, but at the end you have a mediocre pair of water shoes.

Sperry boat sandals are amazing. These things are not and as everyone says every single time these are posted, they hurt your feet and give you blisters.

Why does this deal keep popping up at all when these shoes resoundingly suck? Asking for a friend.

I kinda assumed. Looked down here to ask you guys. It's obviously all rubber or plastic. I got some from Amazon called doussprt that didn't cause issues. They probably drained slower due to no hard plastic sidewall to create large openings with.

However they lasted a few months for me; which is a lot considering how often I used them an using them for martial arts an stretching an taking them into saunas. So I rubbed them against the grainy pool/spa floors an walls. An only one got damaged. It would still work too. Just has a small hole from scraping it too hard an a small area of one layer material scratched off. It was probably like $15 or $20

I got these for Cruise trips. Used them and got Blisters. Very pretty looking but terrible in all practical ways. Had blisters and they were painful. Stay away!

Pile on, these are somehow narrow in the wrong places and make your feet hurt. As someone above mentioned, the traditional boat shoes are quite comfy while still not looking like Crocs.
