For all cellphones Activated with TracFone service on the Verizon network on or after November 23, 2021, the cellphone will be remotely unlocked automatically, sixty (60) days after Activation.

Edit: Gotta love people who downvote rather than just ignore or gasp, maybe even answer a question. As far as I'm aware from the last time I'd bought a phone certain networks won't work on certain phones due to GSM vs CDMA or some such distinctions, at least for T-Mobile legacy prepaid. I can't seem to find that information despite looking through this entire thread (all thirteen pages prior to my post, with maybe one instance of it being asked but never answered) or on the product page. I guess I'll just have to go without this and hope my current phone holds out.
I went with Total for two Edge $135 total with one month service, $65 (first) + $30 (second) + $40 (taxes). Just needed the phones to unlock after 60 days.
On my order it wasn't in the box or in an email.
Edit: I've been on chat support and finally got them straightened out on what needed to happen. The support person added my 3 month service to my my existing line from the other device. This was a major PITA, but it did get solved.
Or is it recommend to make a new Straight Talk account with a new email address?
Thanks in advance!
Of Note:
This phone should support the wired version of Motorola's ReadyFor feature (and is probably the lowest cost "new" device to do so) It's similar to Samsung's DeX mode, essentially giving your phone the ability to turn into a mini desktop by plugging it into a USB-C dock/adapter.
I figured it'd be fun to play around with.
