It has been out of stock since last week , I talked to costco customer service, they will update the price once they have some in stock. So whatever we are seeing is old price

Call some local coin shops or bullion dealers. The one near me was paying spot a while back, but now paying 98% of spot. You can sell online also, but local is often better prices and easier. It can vary a bit depending on your area, their current stock, etc. The link below is sometimes a good start or you can search Google Maps for "coin" or "bullion". You usually want to avoid places like pawn shops, as they generally give lowball offers.
