Call them but they have no clue and very hard. 1st person (after 40 mins hold) Transferred me to porting department who also do not have any clue (and cant speak english properly as well). After 1.5 hours of further wait, porting department person asked me to retry after 24 hours because some error occurred on metro side which she was not able to explain at all.
This happened with both of my accounts. I called CS a while back and they told me to visit a Metro store. I'm pretty sure my accounts have been flagged. I've been trying for the last 3 weeks when there is stock online but no go.

Do you know how many total devices can be added like this? And you mean discounted phone and not free phone, right? Because I am getting iphone13.

I actually meant discounted phone - the iPhone 12 is considered a discounted phone even though it ends up being free. And the most discounted phones on one account that I've heard of is 4. I was only able to get one iPhone 12 though I did previously get 2 free iPhone 11 during the promo last year (it seems like their system "remembered" me even though I hadn't had an active account for over a year). My wife was only able to get 2 iPhone 12 on her account. I suspect that our prior use of NumberBarn (and GV) numbers for porting-in resulted in our quick blacklisting.
