When I need to sign for a delivery, I print out the delivery info from the shipper's website. I then just sign that and tape it to my door. They take it and leave the package. Been a couple years since I've needed to sign for one, but it's always worked.

Wish I could order something from Lenovo without having to sign for delivery. Doesn't matter if it's a $10.00 item, they always ship it with a signature required for delivery. Even after chatting with them twice about how absurd it is and them agreeing and supposedly removing the requirement, items still ship signature required. Have had to go about 20 miles out of my way and pick the last two orders up at the nearest UPS access point location.

It's a shame too, because they will give me $10-$25 in Lenovo Rewards to spend every now and then. But knowing that I need to be at home waiting around for a delivery or drive 20 miles out of my way to pick it up kinda makes any deal I get hardly worth it.

Unfortunately, Lenovo puts a required signature only on the packages sent to me and UPS won't even accept a signed UPS release form or a signed first delivery attempt notice.

It's a bit perplexing because I order plenty of stuff from other places and don't have that problem with them.
