No longer receiving deal alert emails

Hi - I haven't been receiving deal alert emails for almost a year now. Can you check if my account was flagged for bouncing emails, and if so reset it so they send again?

I did create new deal alerts and all are set to send email too.

Regarding the subscribed threads - are you getting some subscribed thread emails, or none at all?
How is it only certain accounts get problems like this? One would think it would hit everyone.
Could you also tell me how many PMs & other items in our mailbox, Will stay in our inbox before they get deleted? or what is the timeframe before they get automatically deleted? Would be great if we didn't have to worry about saving certain messages before they get deleted.

In general, the reason that these types of issues only affect select accounts and not everyone is typically because of their email provider or inbox blocking our emails for some reason. For example, if your email account was too full, the emails that we send would be "bounced" back to us, so we stop trying to send them. Depending on the type of email that had this issue, it may only affect certain emails from us and not all emails. Once someone lets us know that they aren't receiving emails from us, we look into the issue and if the reason they aren't receiving them is because we stopped sending them, we are generally able to clear that block and resume sending them again.
I believe that the only types of PMs that get automatically deleted are Deal Alert PMs.

I'm glad you were able to still catch the sale. I'm definitely not a deal alert expert, but my guess is that your TurboTax deal alerts did not match the Amazon thread because of the space in your deal alert. "Turbo Tax" instead of "TurboTax"

There is no screenshot I can take to illustrate it,let me try to explain it better: in the redesign view which I mostly use, say I wanna reply to your post, I hit the reply button, and I get nothing, no box appears so I can directly reply to your post. So I have been having to go to 1 of the other versions like the classic view in order to reply to a post. I can use the comment box on the first page of a thread, but I cannot reply directly to someone in a thread in the redesigned view. No reply box appears
