I got this ad/credit today in the screen saver mode.

EDIT: Even though I got the Amazon credit confirmation email. The $5 credit doesn't appear to be applied to my account as of yet. :/

Ditto. Earned and received this Gatorade credit a few days ago, but today I noticed $5 vanished. Was going to get District 9 UHD for $4.99... hopefully they fix this before price changes.

I having the same issue as well. Got confirmation email from the gatorade ad a few days back, but when I tried to buy something on Prime today, the credit is not there!

Without contacting them, I see my $5 is back... but District 9 sale is now over and camel implies that sale price was rare for that title. Frown

My credit shows as back too on the Prime video balance, but it doesn't seem to be reflected in the prices of titles.

Try accessing the movie through the browser instead of the Prime Video app. I had some credit, and when I tested it on the app for the movie Longlegs, the credit didn't apply. However, when I tried on the browser, it worked. Check my screenshots for reference. I think there is a bug.

I never received a email or my five dollar credit. So I tried it again yesterday. The first three times I just got the error then I was able to watch the video on the fourth call round, but it said I was already credited. Just wondering if anyone ever got this resolved
