You need to become a rewards member.

You are conspiring against yourself to force yourself to go to their commercial establishment. You squeeze yourself and lose opportunity and value. You also put stress and wear on you emotional state. Lowes did none of that you did. You curse the dark as you snuff out the candle..

Great deal, OP. I like these so much that I purchased another set at this price. I really haven't found anything better at cutting through that Harbor Freight and Costco clam shell packaging.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank DonV1962

These things are a great multipurpose tool to have around the house. Should not really be called scissors as they are more a heavy duty snip and can cut some serious material including metal and stay very sharp. They also give an almost unbelievable amount of fine control of cut. Think heavy duty aviation snips in a compact size if you want to realize what they can do. Name brand models of the same design and heavy build I have paid $20 plus for in the past.

These function perfectly as tin snips and I often use them versus my Wiss sheet metal snips. The small compact design is much more comfortable and less tiring. See the video hevay tim cans cut like butter.

Can you cut pennies in half with this like those angled scissors with the short cutting heads? Or would that damage the cutting heads right away?

Otherwise, shipping is $79. No that was not a typo. I had to check twice myself. They're utterly determined to squeeze $79 out of you, one way or the other. Or make you come into their commercial establishment.

Which, to be honest, I'm not spending another dime when I get there. So I don't know which bright-eyed, caffeine-drugged MBA came up with the conversion number of $79.

Massive Yikes.

I think they would but it will be a test of them and I am not willing to try with my pair. I have snipped and cut some heavy gauge metal and other materials with them.

No thanks, I'm done subscribing to all these unnecessary memberships. Just so they can track what I do even more so than they already do.
Have you cancelled all your online accounts or something? They all fit your definition of unnecessary membership yet you tell us you do not want to be lured to a store

The rewards are just a sub benefit of having an account and you can set it up and use it in store if you prefer not to order online.

You make no sense while cursing your self created dark and by trying to make your life hard and more expensive. Why even be on SD where near all the deals mean you must have an unnecessary membership and account at some online retailer.

They will work well for a gardening tool. Not a pruner but will snip away at what you want snipped. I've even used them to snip 1/4' wood to length. They cut metal and electrical wire they will cut branches with ease.
