Word of caution, this is by far the worst company I've dealt with. Transferred from T-Mobile using their last promo for $15/mo per line. Promo pricing never applied. Filed FCC complaint. Their customer service is completely useless. I will be porting out all of my lines at a first chance I get.

I spent many hours on phone setting eSIM up until I had numerous set up then couldn't get signal. Fortunately one cs mgr knew what he doing, had me delete all of them, set one up right. Then realized store set me up in wrong plan for the $15 plan and though was told it was corrected, wasn't. Then I got another nasty cs person, told me to late and that I needed a physical SIM card, though store and cs reps on phone said I didn't. Lots of run around. After researching, came across posts of games played and how it got straightened out after they filing complaint w FCC.
I hung up on him, called back 3 days later (nice), first thing they said was something about fcc. I said I didn't file complaint yet. Hoping we can resolve nicely. I didn't even mention fcc in previous call, they brought up agency name!. They fixed the plan set up. My next bill, was promised to be $15. We'll see. Apparently, many have complained to FCC if TW playing games.

Tried punching in my IMEI but it keeps saying my phone is locked when it's actually unlocked. Although, I just unlocked it this week. I'm not sure if I should use a spare phone to port in and then do a switch.

Edit: I had to remove my old SIM card and turn off and turn the phone on again. That did it for me

I did it online and the next month shows the full price. CS told me that the promo will apply when I get charged. Not sure if that's the case.

Yeah I am suspicious. It's showing full price and I'm not sure I want to deal with fighting for refund if discount never applies. If there is no better option I am going to port out and back in to see if the promo sticks this time around by setting up auto pay during activation as according to the CS I talked to.

I don't remember there's a step to set up auto pay during activation as the first month has already been paid at the time.

I am about to place order now. For $65 plan, I see $36.07 with new physical sim card and discount. Auto-pay discount is not applied for first month?

yeah same here. Don't recall the step to setup auto pay during activation but that's what the CS told me was the problem. Figure it's cheaper to port out and back (~$10) vs. taking a chance and next month's charge ends up being $40.

There is an autopay option at checkout, I've done it 6 times during checkout. Porting out and back in will not work as the system will recognize that you were already a customer and this promo is only for new customers.

Best course of action is to file a complaint with the FCC and let them fix it for you. The reps don't know what they are talking about and have been known to lie or just simply disregard the promo altogether. FCC wins.

I was referred by someone. I got 7000 points(pending for 1 month).

If I do not top up my account for the 2nd month, can I redeem the 7000 points after

service terminated? thanks!

Hello guys, I have a question, I am trying to port-in my number and the system asked for my current carrier account number but did not asked for the pin number on the same screen, then in another screen it asked for PIN but did not specify it needs to be from my current carrier, so my question is, is this PIN number the one from my current carrier or the one I want for total wireless?UPDATE: It did not ask for my transfer PIN in the transfer web page maybe because I port-out from mint mobile.
you should always have a port out in regardless of carrier
