If I do not top up my account for the 2nd month, can I redeem the 7000 points after
service terminated? thanks!
Best course of action is to file a complaint with the FCC and let them fix it for you. The reps don't know what they are talking about and have been known to lie or just simply disregard the promo altogether. FCC wins.

Successfully Ported 2 lines in from T-Mobile business to the Unlimited 5g+ plan using e-sims. Ports were done at different times of the day and I was extremely nervous before each port given the comments here and elsewhere regarding customer service. All in all, everything was set and done in less than 5 mins.
Prep -
I prepared for the port process by looking up account details on the TMobile business website (login needed) - account name (tip: if you have a business name and the total wireless system asks for a first and last name, enter your first and last name it doesn't matter), account number, account address and port pin (generated using TMobile website - TMobile customer service swear that the account pin will also work).
Process -
Create one account for each line, Once you create your account, click on activate line, keep your own device, keep your phone number and enter your current provider account details, select autopay (to get additional $5 off per line) and pay for the first month of the plan ($30 for me per line). Once all this is done, your port process should initiate. If all details have been entered accurately, you will receive a text stating your port is in process and then a notification on your phone that you have a new e-sim to setup. Follow the instructions provided (delete existing e-sim, select new esim as primary for calls, texts, etc) and you should be all set. Test call + check internet and you're done. Easy as. Additional step - check your network settings, You should see TFW as your provider.
Billing
Seems accurate so far. Signed up for the unlimited 5g+ plan and was charged $30 (instead of $65) after the BYOD and autopay discounts. Next monthly amount on website and app shows $30 as well.
Disney+
They send you a text to sign up. No issues encountered.
Overall -
Total's customer service folks are friendly but are not well versed with the offers on their website. I was told I could get an extra line discount if I added both lines to the same account. Call them if you hit any technical roadblocks but do not ask them about plans, offers and billing. Speeds are fast as (over 400 mbps on 5guw and over 100 mbps on 5g/lte). Very satisfied so far. Hoping for a smooth 5 years!
Good luck to everyone attempting this! Hope you'll have a similar experience. Godspeed.
