Word of caution, this is by far the worst company I've dealt with. Transferred from T-Mobile using their last promo for $15/mo per line. Promo pricing never applied. Filed FCC complaint. Their customer service is completely useless. I will be porting out all of my lines at a first chance I get.

I was referred by someone. I got 7000 points(pending for 1 month).

If I do not top up my account for the 2nd month, can I redeem the 7000 points after

service terminated? thanks!
Nope, the points require 60+ days of consecutive service from both participants. If one terminates service before that time, the points are void on both ends.

If I need 2 lines, can they be on the same account or do I need to create a different account for each line?

TW customer service really sucks. My plan is due in 4 days and still shows $60 instead $30. They have yet to provide me Disney+ access. Reddit forum is full of complaints.

I signed up and ported my number last night from Xfinity Mobile. The entire process took about 30 minutes. The price for the next renewal displays correctly. I also received a text with a link to set up for Disney+ this morning.

There is an autopay option at checkout, I've done it 6 times during checkout. Porting out and back in will not work as the system will recognize that you were already a customer and this promo is only for new customers.

Best course of action is to file a complaint with the FCC and let them fix it for you. The reps don't know what they are talking about and have been known to lie or just simply disregard the promo altogether. FCC wins.
Thanks! Just did, filed a complaint with FCC. What happens next for people who were able to get this fixed with FCC?

A dedicated fcc agent from tracfone will contact you to follow up on your case. Once you speak with them over the phone, they will file a ticket to get your issue fixed and will follow up with you the same way if they require additional information or to inform you that the issue has been resolved. Takes about a day or two for them to contact you and most folks have the issue fixed within the week.

So I followed all those step and activated my number today after porting. But it says $40 in the plan and next bill amount says $40. How does the 50% discount apply? does it show up in account or do we get any fine print assuring discounts. Please help.

Posting a success story here -

Successfully Ported 2 lines in from T-Mobile business to the Unlimited 5g+ plan using e-sims. Ports were done at different times of the day and I was extremely nervous before each port given the comments here and elsewhere regarding customer service. All in all, everything was set and done in less than 5 mins.

Prep -

I prepared for the port process by looking up account details on the TMobile business website (login needed) - account name (tip: if you have a business name and the total wireless system asks for a first and last name, enter your first and last name it doesn't matter), account number, account address and port pin (generated using TMobile website - TMobile customer service swear that the account pin will also work).

Process -

Create one account for each line, Once you create your account, click on activate line, keep your own device, keep your phone number and enter your current provider account details, select autopay (to get additional $5 off per line) and pay for the first month of the plan ($30 for me per line). Once all this is done, your port process should initiate. If all details have been entered accurately, you will receive a text stating your port is in process and then a notification on your phone that you have a new e-sim to setup. Follow the instructions provided (delete existing e-sim, select new esim as primary for calls, texts, etc) and you should be all set. Test call + check internet and you're done. Easy as. Additional step - check your network settings, You should see TFW as your provider.

Billing
Seems accurate so far. Signed up for the unlimited 5g+ plan and was charged $30 (instead of $65) after the BYOD and autopay discounts. Next monthly amount on website and app shows $30 as well.

Disney+
They send you a text to sign up. No issues encountered.

Overall -
Total's customer service folks are friendly but are not well versed with the offers on their website. I was told I could get an extra line discount if I added both lines to the same account. Call them if you hit any technical roadblocks but do not ask them about plans, offers and billing. Speeds are fast as (over 400 mbps on 5guw and over 100 mbps on 5g/lte). Very satisfied so far. Hoping for a smooth 5 years!

Good luck to everyone attempting this! Hope you'll have a similar experience. Godspeed.

I'm trying to understand why that won't be possible ? S23 Ultra, has two esim slots and a physical sim slot. I already have the T-mobile sim in the eSim 1 slot , what is stopping me from using eSim2 slot with Total wireless ?

The fact that the phone is locked to t-mobile only. This includes all psim & esim slots. Total runs on the verizon network so it cannot be used on a locked t-mobile device.

Yeah the late model Pixels are eSIM supported, plain dumb but it is what it is. I just bought a SIM kit from Amazon for a buck and next day delivery. Local BB or grocery stores may carry the $1 SIM kit as well if you don't want to wait for Total Wireless to ship which can take a few days.

Same. I posted about this a page or two back. A number of people here are in this exact situation and got different BS from the CS. Per advice from Pctek4456 (and tons of stories on reddit) I filed a FCC complaint against TW. Will see what happens.
