No call or email back after 2 days. Cannot get a human on help line which goes straight tp voice mail or puts me on hold for 5 minutes and goes to voice mail.
Update:
They e-mailed me to let me know they credited the amount that was supposed to be on the gift card. The points were already credited making this equal to original transaction.
Could you let me know how long it took from when you sent the email for them to respond?
I've spent $34K with them over the past couple of months, but these 14-16x Amazon deals trigger server crashes on their end bc they sell too quickly.
On Monday, a purchase of 3 x $500 Amazon gift cards glitched to that black screen you saw.
I've tried to call no fewer than 200 times since Monday and keep getting the immediate voicemail or the 'let us find a rep' and then hold music for 5:30min before the same 'no agents are available' voicemail.
This happened once before and I got lucky that someone answered the phone after numerous attempts. They refunded one of the three cards and told me I'd likely get the bonus for all three regardless. She was right. You're saying you got the bonus points as well, despite the refund, right?

I got an email back about 60 hours from my first email resolving the issue. I tried numerous calls and emails. To clarify, I got the bonus points when I got the black screen. They then jist credited me after 60 hours the amazon credit to use for a card.
I more or less use one Amex card as my "good" card with only offers I care about saved. My other card receives almost all the same offers. On the other card I click all the offers there and it removes them from the list on both cards.
I actually made a MS PowerAutomate Desktop script to click the offers for me so I don't have to click them myself. I also made some auto click for Chase offers and Paypal offers.
