Can you pm the corporate email please. Thanks.. I have been scammed by Samsung. The mounting service was removed from one order and the delivery service RXO never mounted the other TV claiming it was not on their manifest. None of the promised refunds have been added back to my card. Horrible company. Never again.
I would open a case with BBB also.
