But if you transfer to airlines, and find a great business/first international deal, it can be worth easily 3-4 cents a point, and possibly much more.
Though I'm a little baffled by the question...if you have a Amex card with MR rewards, how can you not be aware of the point value?

FWIW I believe this is on top of the usual 1 point per dollar, as these types of promos typically are.
