    • "This is a true liquidation sale of approximately 1300 guitars at approximately 65-80% off. We bought the diamond guitar company during covid and had to move factories. We got a container shipment that had too many issues so we are leaving the factory and liquidating the entire order at fire sale prices. They are sold as is, but returnable for any reason. Just ship back no questions asked? (customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs if returned) So what makes them B-stock? Most of it is relatively minor. Buffing scratches, buffing burn through, pin stripes off by a hair, fret sprout, finish blems, repacked, finish bubbles, or in need of service, setup, adjustment, knobs needing adjusted (set to high or low on post), came with wrong color trem bar, maybe a corroded screw, etc. Nothing will be severely broken, cracked, or unable to function and play. You might get a perfect gem. We declared the entire shipment b-stock without inspecting all 1300 one at a time. We saw enough to make that judgement call. Most of this is pretty minor, but its enough that we don't want to deal with 1300 guitars one at a time and photograph them all, etc. All items will have either a used, b-stock, or similar marking on the back of the headstock. In many cases we are selling these for less than the parts of pickups you get. These prices (on the diamond guitars only) are all at a loss so we wont have time or resources (budget) to sort through and find you a gem, or take pictures, or weigh them. That's fine on normal product. The intent is to move these fast and cheap. For reference, the prices on the diamond guitars website are published. We will consider bulk purchase inquiries as well. You may return these for any reason, but shipping will be the customers responsibility as we told you up front these are a fire sale liquidation as is."

When I ordered mine it was before I posted this deal. So there might be a slickdeals effect that may make it take a bit more time to ship if there are enough orders flooding in.

I ordered one Friday, havent heard anything or taken money out yet, hopefully monday.
is it indeed the Slickdeals Effect. I gave them a call yesterday and spoke to the president and he literally referred to the Slickdeals Effect, lol. they're swamped with orders but should start shipping out by Monday I believe.

Has anyone been to their shop in Muncie to pick one out personally? It's within a day's drive from where I'm at. If they allow that, I'd probably take three or four home with me...

pulled the trigger on the 7 String with the Seymours. wish they had a 7 string with EMG pickups but that's alright. hoping to see a bass listed eventually
I'm also waiting to see some bass guitars listed.

I can barely play a six string, but I feel like I'm about to buy a seven string.

there were 3 bass guitars available yesterday, and there were a couple 7 strings still available as well. the Rizzo signature guitar seems like a pretty badass setup but I just can't stand the stripes on it (there's no pictures on the site but YouTube has a video of Rizzo playing it).

I got one of the last Trans Red flame Bolero with EMGs for $280. I certainly did not need another guitar but don't have one with passive pups so considered it an affordable experiment. Not sure if it will be my "style" but should easily be able to get money back in local sale if it does not work out. Will report back when/if guitar arrives.

Just got done talking to them again. They allow people in the store and have certain more desired color combos specifically on hand for walk in customers right now. So they are setting aside a certain amount for their walkins only.

For those asking about shipping, the reason I called, they were sending out a ton that were set on Friday and just got sent today by Fedex. Everything that came in as orders online over the weekend will be shipped tomorrow or Wednesday. There are exceptions. A few of the guitars with Floyd Roses weren't stringed from the factory. So they are going to take time to restring those for people that ordered. They are also making sure now to spot check every guitar before shipping them. They want everyone to have a functional guitar ready to go was what I was told. Individuals with orders that they have to spend time restringing will be called or emailed as to why their shipment was delayed after Wednesday.

Also, besides the walkins, for now they are keeping a certain amount of inventory on hand they are not selling incase there are problems with functionality of what was sent out. So that they can have replacements as need be for now.

There are a couple up now. Black Out Hailfire is tempting, but not sure I dig the "terraced" contours.

The Barchetta LTs are base models and come with Diamond's humbucker pickups as I mentioned. There are higher end models of the Barchettas as well as other body types that come with either EMG or Seymour Duncans. I am sitting right now with the Bolero Flame Series in Violet Linear Burst in my lap that have active EMGs. You do have to call for the higher end ones though. Almost all the Diamond guitars are on sale as B-Stock. There is a tiny few, like the Renegade in USA print, that they considered A-Stock and are not under liquidation prices. But I paid $279 for this Bolero after bulk discount with active EMGs.
I am awaiting a Trans Red Flame Series. Do these guitars have a separate battery compartment or is the battery located within the routed cavity for the tone/volume controls? Thanks.

The one I got with the EMG has the battery in the same control cavity as the knobs. I ended up taking a strip of velcro and super gluing it to the inside of the cavity to hold the battery snug as there is nothing else in there to restrict the movements except the size of the cavity.

Now that I've picked my second guitar (first electric) can some point me in the direction of a good starter kit or a lot of cheap items I'll need to get started practicing.

The one I bought has a dedicated battery compartment on the back. When I install back to pickups in my Ibanez I also just put the battery in the control compartment. And I did like the person who answered right after you said, just use some Velcro.
