$1439 at Microcenter today. Price Matched at Best Buy. YMMV but I was able to price match and read a few reports of others that could as well. PayPal also has a 5% reward for Best Buy this week if you add the offer prior to purchase and pay with PayPal. If you seek the reward you would have to order at full price and ask for the price match after, again YMMV.

Some Chase credit cards have 5% for Paypal. So, you can get 5% from Paypal and another 5% from BestBuy using Paypal.

No, not really. I have 40GB in my personal laptop (32GB plus the 8GB soldered on the board). Am I doing anything fancy on it? No, not even gaming. But, man, the experience is bliss. Between the 40GB and the 2TB 980 Pro SSD, there's no waiting for anything anymore. My laptop goes from a cold start to browsing or using Excel in less than 6 seconds. Every computer user should have this type of experience. The fact that Mac users are excited that 16GB is now the base across the line is partly why Apple is worth $3.5T. Apple knows how to upsell their products better than any other firm on earth.
