Great TV for the price, though not as bright as some other OLEDs, so you may want to consider this as a bedroom TV or at least avoid direct light shining on it. I think the B series don't use top of the line panels so if you can afford it, I'd recommend getting a warranty on it. I had a B9 in 2019 and had some dead pixels after a couple of years, Best Buy was great and gave me my money back to go buy a brand new LG G2.

Bought this in early November and figured it might be a doorbuster around black Friday. I was able to price match. Just go to your purchase on the website and request a price match using the button.

Would this be okay in a game room for a PS5? I know some folks say many Oleds aren't good for gaming.

B4 is better than the C4 for the mere fact it stays brighter in gaming mode for some weird reason. After that it's a matter of 120hz vs 144hz which is meaningless IMO.

If you mostly watch YouTube netflix kinda streaming stuff a OLED is nothing but gimmick for you. Just buy a cheaper tv. But this one is cheap enough.

48" B4 ($600 on Bestbuy) or 55" B3 ($800 on walmart)? I do like the extra inches.. but heard B4 is brighter.. the hdmi 2.1 makes no difference to me though.

I've never had an LG or an OLED, but I just placed an order. I'll mainly use it for pc gaming and YouTube. Rtings.com sure seems to like it, so hopefully I will too.

I'm thinking I'll leave it disconnected to the internet and just use my firestick because I've read that LG is bad about privacy, including that they re-enable the microphone even after you disable it so it's always listening, plus I've heard that their tvs capture screenshots and send them to LG.

They may be bad about privacy, but you are speculating on hearsay info.

That may be the case and I hope that's not true, but who among us in this day and age is naive enough to give a major corporation the benefit of the doubt?

Since I plan to use it as a monitor, the legs kill the deal for me. Wish it had a stand like the 42" or 48" C4.
There's lots of generic stands that you can buy which will just use the VESA mount on the back. I guess I don't fully know your situation, but I don't understand why having to buy a $10-20 stand would kill a $600 TV deal.

Been using this as a monitor since a month ago. Best decision of my life. Upgraded from a 4k Odyssey Neon G8. Productivity, gaming, everything went up. Best thing to buy in the last 30 years of sitting behind computers. I do have a big desk though and sitting at least 3.5 feet away.

I bought recently the Sansui 55" for this price and so far I'm extremely happy although I don't use it for gaming. It too uses the B series panels so before buying this, at least compare it to the Sansui if you have the room for the larger screen. I also did get the five year warranty for peace of mind. By the way, the Sansui stand is amazing. It's narrow and only in the middle so it will fit on any table or dresser. It weighs a ton which makes it especially stable.
