Why do you say that? I have 2 of them and have used them professionally for close to 5 years. Obviously there are better and faster cameras now but I feel we've reached a point of diminishing returns for most use cases.
I feel the same way. Even the original a7 and a7r have sensors that are relevant today. The a7iii is the 5Diii of mirrorless cameras—it's just so good and so versatile.
If you can't deliver great images with an a7iii, the problem is with the shooter.
Is there a workaround ?
Sure it didn't have great colors but was so much smaller and lighter than the rest didn't matter until leaving iso 100
