do this support continuously recording and send to the server?
No it does not, and you wouldn't want it to anyway. The battery is big but wouldn't support continuous recording and the solar panel doesn't provide enough power for that. You can set a custom video clip length of up to 120s when the camera senses motion but that's the most you can capture at one time. For reference- I have had one of these in constant use for the last 198 days and I have never had to worry about battery life, I live in Arizona though so sunlight is never a problem for me.
SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
Software and hardware is buggy. I had purchased two solar S340 cameras, one hardwired E340 floodlight and the home base S380 at a cost of close to $700.
After installation and setup, which i did in great detail and was confirmed by support rep, the solar S340's were hit and miss in starting and tracking subjects that were only 20 feet away. Sometimes subjects would be tracked sometimes they wouldn't be tracked. The tracking is hit and miss unless the subject is 10 ft or closer. After contacting their support after being on-hold for almost an hour, I felt like I was the guinea pig being used to fine-tune their software/hardware. They had me rollback the application, remove and reinstall all of the hardware in the app only to continue to have the same problems. I told them that it was a combination of buggy software and the functionality of the cameras and home base. I believe these surveillance units have been released without being fully tested in the real world environment. They wanted me to return all of the units and would send out replacements. Glad I asked if the replacements were new or refurbished to which they replied, "Refurbished". No thanks!
I wish I had read the reviews on Reddit instead of YouTube reviews (which I now realize were paid and with free units from Eufy) prior to my purchasing. Check out all of the massive problems people are having with the Eufy surveillance products.

Still having issues trying to correct equipment failure in warranty period. Stopped charging by solar during the summer and the solar panel was clean. I've been at it for a couple of weeks with a couple phone calls and several emails.

I will also say that this is their standard deal.
