Sorry, I'm almost always plugged in so the battery has stayed at 80%. To address a few more comments in the thread:
Yes it's heavy, a plus as far as I'm concerned, very solid aluminum construction.
Yes, memory is soldered in, so are the batteries. Progress that us old guys have had to get used to :-)
And brightness is more than sufficient for my eyes. Even on my FL porch.
Touchpad, touchscreen, fingerprint sensor and lighted keyboard work very well. Fan is extremely quiet.
Not a gamer. My main use is MS Excel and Access, large spreadsheets and databases have loaded and processed quickly.
All in, very happy with the machine for my purpose.

BB has a better warranty. With Costco you have to go through Asurion. With BB you deal with their Geek Squad tech support that is very hit and miss depending on what store you purchase it from.

I know this as I work as a vendor with BB and I also purchase from Costco. Asurion is not a bad way to go, but repairs on devices can be long and drawn out.
Thank you for sharing detailed input. Much appreciated!

Bought this, returning.I like the solid feel of this, appears to be decent quality, but having serious issues...- Screen light bleed, significant on dark background and oddly patterned. If it was evenly across the sides or top, bottom, etc. it would be tolerable, but it's like a cow spotted pattern on my screen on pitch black background.- Defective WiFi. The WiFi adapter will randomly disconnect/reconnect, and eventually have some kind of fault where Windows stops detecting it (WiFi disappears from your connections in the Windows system tray, you can't even just reset it that way, you have to restart the whole computer). It's the Realtek 8852CE. Seems to be a common issue with Realteks per Google results.- Small annoyance someone else mentioned: cursors disappear/not rendered on white backgrounds. Weird.
yes, cursor disappears

I just pick up this yesterday at BB. So far I am pretty happy with this Laptop. The screen is little dark and the volume is lower compared to my work Dell and older HP. I like the faceID and fingerprint sign in. I think I will keep this laptop at this point since I use it pretty light: some family finance on excel and web browsing. All the heavy work is on work laptop. Thanks Ops

Just as an FYI to people, I've confirmed disabling HID pen input under device manager fixes the cursor jumping around. If you don't plan on using a pen, then this could be considered a permanent fix. Either way it might even give you the ability to make a warranty claim against it a year later to see if they'll offer you a better replacement.

For a middle-performance non-gamer 15-16" laptop, yes.

Then:
If you want more battery life (less powerful) get the Intel 125U version of this.
If you want more powerful (less battery life), get the Costco Acer Swift Go 16.

I just picked up this laptop last night and I'm quite impressed with the performance. I'm getting 60fps on Witcher 3, 1080p medium, FSR2 Auto. I get around 30 fps with the same settings on the Ryzen 7 7735HS 680M DDR5-4800.

The charger got unplugged for an hour or two and I didn't even realize I was gaming on battery until I quit playing. Performance remained good. Can't really do that with dGPU gaming laptop.

The laptop also performs better than my ROG Ally Z1 Extreme with the same iGPU. This makes for a pretty nice upgrade over my old Ryzen 5 5600H laptop for productivity with a bit of gaming and emulation on the side.

How about this one?
https://slickdeals.net/f/17938875-lenovo-ideapad-slim-5-16-fhd-ips-touch-ryzen-5-8645hs-16gb-lpddr5-512gb-ssd-445-99

Doesn't fold like the Yoga, slightly lower CPU and only 512GB SSD instead of 1TB. However, it should still provide excellent performance for most users.
