A few things I've noticed are that the Pixel 9's fingerprint reader is lightyears ahead of the 7βit actually works every time. I also noticed the battery life is somewhat better, the camera is significantly improved, and the device feels a bit snappier than my 7.
In hindsight, I'm not regretting getting the 9, as I do see noticeable improvements. That said, if my Pixel 7 hadn't broken, would I have upgraded? No, I would have kept the Pixel 7.
By the way, I got this phone for $549, not connected to a carrier since I already have one, so I expect Best Buy to drop it to that price again in the coming week for Black Friday.

Never again will I trade in a phone at BB.
- 1) a fresher battery so it should last longer throughout the day,
The alternative is to keep it and trade in for the pixel 10 or other phone and hope the trade in value doesnt plummet2) just get the next iteration so it keeps the value high for next trade in.
