Used edge with ms shopping which was 15% back last time. Bought 2 and showing $30 back pending on both transactions. It's 12% now and seems the best deal available.
I had chase offers on both freedom unlimited and CSR for 25% back capped at $15. Those both qualified so $45 cb plus standard cb from credit cards combined. I see the chase offers are back on both of those cards for me now; almost tempted to try and buy 2 more.
Received both phones, they will come with SIM card and instructions taped to back of iPhone box. Follow instructions which include going to straight talk activation website and inserting the sim. The silver, or whichever plan you choose, is tied to the sim and you will see a message to that effect when completing activation on the website. Once activated, text UNLOCK to 611611 twice and you will receive a response that lists the unlock date. You only have to pay 1 month of service and the device will unlock 60 days post activation.

I just went thru the process buying it at a local Walmart. The tax is apparently charged at the full $399 price despite the phone rung up at $199 of this deal, plus the $45 Silver Plan for one month. Both the employee and I agreed the tax at 7% in our area, the tax should be $17ish ($199 + $45). Yet the Walmart POS shows $31ish tax.
I figure I would come here to check further before buying the phone because I already bought the Pixel 9 phone from Mint 2 days ago at $299. Expected to receive it Tuesday per FedEx tracking. This iPhone 13 would be a spare.

It can vary by state, but the rules can get complicated for things like that. If a retailer simply drops the price of an item they sell, the taxes are charged on the lower price. But there can be various ways of dealing with coupons and "instant rebates" that get messier. For instance, this is being sold by Walmart, but through StraightTalk … it may be treated kind of like an instant rebate reimbursed from ST to Walmart when the sale happens, triggering tax on the full amount.
I believe taxes are only charged on the discounted amount when purchased directly through ST.

US cellular doesn't have a huge network, they roam off att and verizon. This is a rare company, they actually had their own network towers.
Essentially you are "BYOD" bringing your own device from this deal to go on US cellular service once its unlocked

Note: The included pamphlet alongside your sim card has instructions to visit the wrong website which is a sister brand of straighttalk. do NOT follow any instructions on that pamphlet.
