I'm on simple choice and I qualified. Already traded in two phones. One for a 9 pro xl and one for a regular 9. If you go to the product page and try from there it's gonna keep trying to add a line for the promo. You have to go to the number's profile and select upgrade from there.

Galaxy s21 5g here. Don't really need a new phone but don't think I'd ever get anywhere close to $800 trade in again. Is this a no brainer to upgrade? I'd go for the pixel 9 pro... Or possibly the pro xl. But don't think I'd get the base pixel 9 even though it'd be ~$215 cheaper (inclusive of tax). And if so, should I do direct from TMO app or from Costco? I'm staying with tmobile no matter what for the next several years so that part is a non issue.

Costco seems to be hit or miss or maybe the cat is out of the bag and they no longer will do this deal anymore (probably slickdeals effect). You can try and see if you can get it. But the app is definitely working right now while supply lasts.

I have an S21....and, I did it. It's was a no brainer for me.

My S21 feels very underpowered when using android auto+waze+plus SiriusXM apps...it gets hot (but maybe just a battery issue).

This is a super deal if you are planning on keeping Tmobile anyway for 24 mos

I did the Pixel Pro XL (but it is considerably bigger than the S21)

I did it directly through TMOBILE beucase it was good enough of a deal and I wanted to do it last night. It was $87 in tax (ouch) and will cost me $8.33 a month for 24 months ($200)

I'm very happy with this.

Used a fake IMEI generator to work through the Tmobile process to the final submit screen. For Pixel XL Pro it would be $8.33/month assuming $800 trade-in with the Samsung I was looking at buying to use. Did not show an activation fee on the site and did not require a plan change from Simple Choice. So, $8.33 x 24 months + $70 tax + cost of trade-in phone = ~$400 bucks. Think I will wait for Pixel 10 to come out and hope for deals on the 9.

Edit: If I could have gotten a gift card from Sam's, it may have made more sense but ppl were saying they can't do that on the two threads.

I'm on Simple Choice and I qualify. Just make sure to check the terms on the return of the device before finalizing g, because it was only giving me 1 day to send my trade in device!
