I'm on simple choice and I qualified. Already traded in two phones. One for a 9 pro xl and one for a regular 9. If you go to the product page and try from there it's gonna keep trying to add a line for the promo. You have to go to the number's profile and select upgrade from there.

i'm happy with this deal. I have an old sprint plan so I usually dont qualify for these type of offers from T mobile. Picked up the black 9 pro xl to replace my wife's s22+ (will trade in s22+ with deal). I did not have to change plan.

When did you order it? Just wondering if i could get the phone before monday.
I ordered it on Saturday, attempted delivery on Monday. It might be tight as more people are ordering it, might not possibly get it before Monday, I've seen people mention store pickup. Maybe that's an option?

It's a no brainer deal to go with Pixel 9 Pro XL as it's leaps and bounds better than S24 FE, imo. And, it's around $280 assuming you have a trade-in device compared to $450 for S24 FE. This is one of the best deals of the season for sure!

Moreover, they letting us on Simple Choice plan to upgrade the device for $280 is insane, to say the least.
leaps and bounds better than an s24 FE? that's an overreach for 90% of regular phone users who wouldnt notice a performance difference between those 2 phones. sure i believe the pixel is better but is it worth move on from a phone thats not even a year old yet? i doubt it would be the answer i would give most people

How are you guys doing the trade-in (mail-back or store trade-in)? I got the Pixel 9 and they sent the UPS label and padded envelop. The risk of the phone being stolen/broken seems viable using the padded envelop.

Has anyone done a store trade-in where you take your old phone inside a regular corporate store? What do you give them label/phone and the order number?
Just returned my pixel 6 Pro trade-in to a corporate store. No issues. Just told them I needed to complete my trade-in. Got a receipt that shows " Trade-In device details- accepted offer."

Don't bring in anything other than the phone. They look up your number and can see you have a trade-in pending.

I believe so. T-Mobile makes it kinda confusing. I would call to verify. If you have a trade in go to the T-Mobile corporate store to trade in and not an authorized store.
Is the experience store the same as corporate store?

The adaptive brightness/display is not as "adaptive" as my Samsung S21. But other than that, phone is solid.

Anyone upgraded from S22/23/24 Plus? How does it feel for every day use? Too big or almost same as plus?

I got the pixel 9 pro but the screen sometimes felt too small coming from S22 plus so thinking of getting an XL if it's not too bulky

Is the yellow padded envelope and label for the trade in or is it to return the new phone if don't like it?
I think its to return the new phone if you don't like it. The label says return

Did u even look in the padded envelope? There is a small folded piece of paper with instructions that tells u to return ur old device by putting it in the padded envelope, back in the box, then slap on the prepaid label
