I'm on simple choice and I qualified. Already traded in two phones. One for a 9 pro xl and one for a regular 9. If you go to the product page and try from there it's gonna keep trying to add a line for the promo. You have to go to the number's profile and select upgrade from there.

I placed an order last week with $800 trade in and the phone just got delivered today. I was able to place another new order online for the same line with free buds. I am going to return the previously ordered phone to either T- mobile store or by mail. Earlier T force shot down my request for free buds..

There is a restocking fee I think even if you didn't open it

I had 2 orders from last week, successfully got $100 credit for the buds from t-force but they declined the second $100 from second order saying it's $100 credit offer per account
