I then decided to call tmobile instead of using facebook. This rep agrees to offer me $100 bill credit upon me placing order for pixel buds. I chose this option. I had to pay $9 taxes on the ear bud though. This tax could have been waived if I chose the first option of placing the new order.
TLDR: try another rep.
FB T-force was a Go! (I'm on the One plan, and the suggested screenshot of my cart totally helped!)
So in the end:
$1,077: Pixel 9 Pro XL
$140: Samsung S20 trade-in cost
-800: bill credits
-100: Buds credit
-100: Costco cash card

How do you get Costco n buds together? I was gonna pull the trigger, how to get Costco card?
My line was that I was "having trouble with the T-Life app..."
They will either say:
1. No
2. NO but offer some Bill Credit - Someone posted $15-$100 (I was lucky to get $100) as I didn't need Buds anyways
3. Yes and Let you order Pixel Buds A Series and then issue a Credit
4. They order it for you and if you are LUCKY they can order the Pro Series
I am confused. Is this for the people ordering the phone before without the buds A series?

So if Costco rep does the order, $100 gc added by default or have some promo for this?
It's suppose to be done in store and you fill out the promo online. The form says you have to be Go5G plan
So I guess there is no reason to call Costco for me, mine is one plan ...and getting phone n buds for free in cart
