I get a big red box that says "Looks like you're not eligible to use this code or have entered it incorrectly. Sorry about that!" I never was a subscriber and never had an account??? The REALDAL code brings me to a login screen

Same. I can't even get it to let me subscribe at full price. Something is up with the website.

Edit; just got it to work! Was signed in, clicked select plan and it worked perfectly.

I couldn't get it to work until after I clicked the Premium Plus toggle button. Then I went back to the Premium deal and it worked. Not sure if that was a coincidence or not.
