Check reddit. This is reported to use a very low-end panel and everything is a complete downgrade compared to the G2724D. Go with the G2724D or if you don't play games, go with the S2725DS.

Thanks for the information. Just a question, why would someone want to get S2725DS over the G2724D if they are the same price? Rtings says that the G2724D is still better at office productivity

I owned both, and the G2724D looks worse when not gaming. Rtings might have just gotten a lottery panel with their reviewed monitor. You can go to the G2724D thread and many have confirmed that too.

That was my experience also. The panel looked bad but amazing while gaming.
