Agreed. No free return shipping means I will avoid this store unless I can try exact same shoe on somewhere else to verify fit before ordering

I noticed last week that the Elite V4 quietly appeared on the site for $190 albeit in limited sizes. Price still needs to come way down. The SC Trainer V2 is still overpriced and the coupon code doesn't apply to that model. Those are the only two shoes Joe's currently sells that I would consider running in.

My friends and I have dealt with them plenty of times and never on once had an issue. In fact, the one time they somehow sent the wrong shoes the customer service rep on the phone sent me a free return label after I sent photos of the wrong shoes received. The one issue with this site is limited sizing. If you're not a jerk to the reps, they'll treat you better. I'll only shop when there's a good sale, otherwise I'll buy my NB shoes from Marshalls

They do... Just not every style. Seems like they offer less wide styles in Joes. I see more wide widths available on the regular new balance.com site, but it's a little pricey, especially for the Made in USA line that I keep hearing are great shoes. Personally, I'm waiting for a sale on the 990v6, but I think I just missed it last week. 😞
