This is a pretty good deal from Verizon. This offer expires on 12/2. > QA note: Offer extended

https://www.verizonwireless.com

Get up to 4 iPhone 16 Pro 128Gb free via bill credits over 36 months after trading in any Apple, Google, or Samsung phone with any new myPlan Unlimited line. This includes the cheapest and lowest tier Unlimited Welcome. For 4 lines it works out to be $120+taxes and fees with a debit card autopay.

Terms: "$999.99 (128 GB only) purchase w/new smartphone line on Unlimited Ultimate, postpaid Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Welcome plan (min. $65/mo w/Auto Pay (+taxes/fees) for 36 mos) req'd per phone. Less $1,000 trade-in/promo credit applied over 36 mos. per phone; promo credit ends if eligibility req's are no longer met; 0% APR. Trade-in must be from Apple, Google or Samsung; trade-in terms apply. Apple Intelligence is available with Siri and device language set to U.S. English. Some features and languages will be coming over the next year."

In addition you can recieve a $300 Verizon gift card that will appear as a popup during checkout.

Terms: "Get a $300 Verizon e-Gift Card on us, when you complete the smartphone purchase from your cart. You'll be able to redeem a $300 Verizon e-Gift Card in My Verizon or vzw.com/myverizon after placing your order. You must submit for redemption within 60 days of order. Your reward will be sent via email within 8 weeks after receipt and validation of claim to the submitted email address. If service is canceled or device is returned, claim will be invalid. We reserve the right to charge the amount of the Verizon e-Gift Card to your Verizon Wireless account if, within 12 months, service is canceled, price plan changes from an eligible unlimited plan, or the line is connected to a device payment plan regardless of whether the new device is activated. A suspension without billing will add the time you are suspended to your 12 month chargeback window. Add'l terms apply."

Verizon devices auto unlock after 60 days.

Due to repeated questions in the thread here are additional details.

The $300 Verizon GC offer is tied to purchasing a smartphone online. You are eligible to claim this offer for every order transaction regardless if you are placing an order for 1 phone/line or 10 phones/lines.

The $200 Verizon GC offer folks have been receiving via sales chat/phone is a switch promotion. I am not able to find the terms for this offer but in the past this has been an available offer which requires you to port in from a non Verizon carrier that includes the various Verizon prepaids and MNVOs.

To my knowledge these Verizon GC offers have 12 month service terms or you will be charged back "claw back"

There are currently 2 separate iPhone 16 offers.
- the offer in this post which involves the trade in of any Apple, Google, and Samsung device for $1000 in bill credits with new lines
- no trade in required to receive $1000/$820/$640 in bill credits with new lines for the Ultimate/Plus/Welcome plans respectively

When you add the phone to the cart you must choose the right offer otherwise you will not go through the workflow with the step to add a trade in.

In addition if you enter a non Apple, Google, or Samsung device during the trade in you will receive the actual value of the device, including $0 if its older to be recycled, AND you'll be defaulted to the non trade in promotion.

This is the reason at checkout some people are seeing $10/month or $5/month because they've selected the Welcome or Plus plan respectively and the non trade in offer has been applied.

There have also been a lot of "can I trade in XXX phone?".
The terms state you can trade in ANY Apple, Google, or Samsung phone in any condition. In my experience the any condition is intentionally meant to covered cracked screens and aesthetic damages. The device should turn on and function well enough that the IMEI can be retrieved and have no swelling/damaged battery (for safe handling reasons). Regarding any phone from the 3 manufacturers the process is constrained by the system and the list of devices/imei in its database. Be reasonable and don't expect extremely obscure or foreign region only devices to come up.

You can determine for yourself if a device qualifies for the $1000 by going through the online order process. You will need to enter the IMEI so you must have the device in hand. If you are not getting the $1000 value then you likely have not selected the right offer when adding the phone to the cart or your device is too obscure. I've attached screenshots of 2 devices that have been inquired about (A03 and 5c) showing the $1000 trade in amount.

I ended up placing an order for iPhone 16 Pro Max as a $150 additional discount showed up for me in cart. Going thru the check out process though, something messed up and looks like they are showing the full price of the phone being charged to my credit card (the bank auth shows full price auth) and a trade in credit also applied.
Anyone have idea what happened here? This was for a store pickup order. The order amounts changed between the process and I didn't realize that - what a cluster!

Is there a list of phones somewhere which shows which phone they will take for trade in? I have an old samsung note 2 and not sure if that will work or I could get some other samsung phone cheap from somewhere ..

Also is anyone able to successfully submit the 200$ rebate for welcome plan ? I saw someone posted terms which says 200 is only for higher plans..

Did you already mail your trade ins and Verizon verified your trade ins?
I am also ready to mail two moto phones for this deal. I am just a bit worried because the fine print only says eligible trade-ins are Google, Apple and Samsung. But when the sales agent placed the order, apparently a bunch of moto phones have trade-in values of $1000 as well.

I have shipped them and they were delivered today. Online it was showing full trade-in value and agent confirmed the same. All communication from Verizon is showing those phones and associated value. Will have to wait and see once trade-ins are processed Wink

Did you ship them all in the same box or 1 box each? I have the same tracking label for all.

Has anyone been able to claim the $200 rebate? I am getting an error "We're sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later" while submitting the rebate request.

I am trying to jump on this deal. I tried chat twice and both times were told that unlimited welcome plan will only get $100 rebate, and the two higher plans will get $200. I mentioned code from this thread "CHAT200GC2024". First rep told me that rebate is per order, so I just disconnected. Second rep is telling me lower plan only qualifies for $100. What gives?
Supposedly, she told me that amount of rebate auto populates when they are filling out the order.
Now she is offering one time $200 on top of 4 $100 gift cards (one per line for 4 lines I was planning on transferring). Should I just keep trying with another rep.
Editing after completing the deal.
first rep was clueless, so I disconnected right away.
second rep was great and worked with me all the way through almost completing the order, but chat got interrupted and I had to start all over again with rep 3. Rep 2 insisted I could only get $100 per line, but offered to sweeten the deal with one time $200 added to the transaction, which would have been $600 credit. Because of disconnect, I was forced to continue with rep 3.
third rep was also good, except was able to apply $200 offer to each line. I was able to complete the order successfully.
To contribute to this great deal, here are few tidbits from my dealing with Verizon.
1. I started chat with "I saw you have a new promotion - "iPhone 16 Pro up to four, on us" deal. I would be potentially interested in porting 4 lines to create a new Verizon account. Specific details I am interested in: Unlimited welcome plan, $200 port in rebate per line (promotion code CHAT200GC2024) and waiver of activation fees. Is this something you can help me with please?"
2. you will need to fill out soft credit report, the rep will provide the link, using Chrome, I had no way to open the link in another window. Once you get the link, click it, fill out all the info, submit. Make sure you get submit successfully message. After that click back button in the browser, and hopefully you will end up in the same chat window wish same representative. I was using a PC, maybe its different on other devices, but definitely sketchy experience.
3. have imei numbers ready, as I was doing 4 phones, I had 4 numbers. They rejected 2, not quite sure why, and they were unable to elaborate. Seemed kind of random, one was iphone 7plus and another iphone 5s. When I asked for which devices qualified, she said anything down to iphone 3g. I traded in 2 iphone 6s, iphone 7 and iphone x, all for $1000 credit.
4. when you finally get to completing order, they will provide another link in the chat, ask them to send it to you via sms, this way you are not compromising chat and able to see the deal on your phone, while still chatting with rep. When I opened the link, the $200 rebate was not listed for each device, but was listed at the top of the order as "you are eligible for $200 verizon gift card on us". I started questioning the rep, because I expected to see it on each device. She was trying to reassure me that it was for each device, but visually, it was not that way on offer. I went along with it and signed up. Sure enough, follow up receipt for the order listed $200 rebate under each phone, just like a receipt somebody else posted here, so you just gotta have little faith.
5. i spent close to 3 hours on this chat, but ended up getting activation fee waived and $200 per line rebate.

Nice! Thank for sharing your experience. Which credit bureau did they use to check your credit? What was the monthly total that they quoted you?

are you able to get $300 GC multiple times? It seems a bit risky.
What is the risk? The only risk I can see is the promotion ending, in which case I would just cancel/return the phones. I'm picking up my last phone tomorrow - so that part worked out. I expect if you were really on top of it your could purchase / pick up in store fairly rapidly.

Actually I would say less risk than going through chat agent - I have screen shots of all orders showing the gift cards included. I have already submitted 3 of the rebates ($300+200+200)

Extra Cashback makes it worth the risk for me.

The only thing I'm worried about now is the first bill, I was prepared for it being higher than expected, but they have my first bill estimate at $480 . Second bill shows correct at $150 w/ tax. Hopefully they are wrong on the 480. I guess I have to call and try to get the activation fees waived.

The best deal you can get is:

$150 promo code (instant credit) + 300 GC (transaction 1) + 200 gc (2)+ 200 gc. (3) + 200 gc (4) + any cash back while doing the individual transactions. Total $1050 off - $150 instant credit and $900 GC rebate.

If you don't prefer that. You can do $150 instant credit through promo code per device (works on 16PM, not 16P) which brings the device cost down from $5.55/mo to $1.38 per month + $300 gc. Total $900 off.

I honestly would've preferred doing the instant credit - that way I wouldn't have to wait on GC and possibly be denied. But didn't know the $150 promo code was really 1 time use.

Edit: adding DP. Can't get the 200 GC promo to show up for my 3rd transaction. May be limited to only 2 GC.

Are you able to get the 200 GC to show up? I only got the 300 and 200 GC that showed up. My 3rd transaction it won't trigger.

Did you submit the rebates? I did. Maybe that's why it's not triggering

Yes I submitted 3 of the rebates and it still triggered for the fourth one.

I'm not sure why this deal is marked expired, I just ordered.
