I care and I don't get paid by SD. I work very hard to find good deals for the people in this wonderful community. Take your toxicity elsewhere. This is not the place for it.

Thumbs down.
I have $50 off $150.
I don't have to spend anything. I got a $0 off $0 in my CSP.

lol, at some point this Chase offer gets cartoonishly ridiculous.

$20,000 off $40,000 spend

Yes, read the disclaimer on the chase offer for backcountry. It clearly states it there and to call chase if it happens. Yet, I called chase and they said they cant do anything about it. I'd probably escalate it once my order arrives and go from there. But expect to return to backcountry if you only purchased cause of this offer. Keep things new in box until it clears.

So this happened to me. I called in to Chase and was told that if the offer doesn't trigger automatically in 15 business days, to call back, and they'll escalate it in order to honor the cashback.

Will this deal apply if my item is $399.95 before tax?

We were too lazy to pull the trigger Friday or yesterday, but we were still able to cobble together $406 in items we would have bought over the next year or so, anyway.

$533 in "MSRP" items for $210. Killer.

I had an issue with a Chase offer - 10% off an order which the merchant split 1 order into multiple charges. I called Chase CS like fine print said and they took the info. Got a letter from Chase after a few days denying me.

I wrote up short letter detailing the charges, included invoice, and uploaded as secure message to Chase. They then honored it.

The rep I spoke with didn't seem familiar with what I was talking about and I doubt got the information correct.

Received this promotion. Careful trying to use this one; I ordered $441 worth of merchandise in a single order, but Backcountry split up the order into two separate invoices as not all of my items shipped from the same warehouse (this is according to Backcountry's customer service rep). Backcountry couldn't (or wouldn't) adjust the charge to just be one and Chase said "well, that's a merchant issue so we won't honor it." The most annoying part is it all shipped already too, so I couldn't even cancel it.

Shit I just saw this on mine

From Chase: It is possible that a merchant may split your purchase into multiple transactions. In this case, you may only receive your statement credit on the first transaction amount. If this occurs, please call the number on the back of your card.

I just placed an order and had this happen to me. The ski helmet I ordered was being shipped from somewhere else so they split the payment. I called immediately and the rep charged my full balance Into one transaction so I will get the offer.
