My order was split charged as well. Backcountry told me too bad and to pound sand. I called Chase and they said they would investigate, but I fully expect a canned response like Backcountry that there is nothing they can do.

Split charged as well, backcountry said there's nothing they can do, unless you flag it before the order has shipped, which I don't quite understand since my orders weren't split charged until after fulfillment.

i guess if you order something and they have to put it in separate boxes, its a split charge. What a pain in the ass this is going to be.

Is it confirmed that split charges aren't eligible for the deal? When reading the terms, it doesn't sound like it has to be one transaction.

I see one pending transaction of $400.27. Is there a risk that when it posts, it may post as multiple transactions?

I was burned previously by chase on one of these but for a smaller amount so I didn't care. Was 10% back up to 10$ so 10$ back on 100$. Spent 100$ and merchant split my order for a 10$ item and 90$ item, of course 10$ item posts first and triggers the 10% cash back of 1$. Called chase they said they'd open a case to correct it, sent me a letter in the mail weeks later saying too bad I was awarded the offer correctly. Never trusted these since.

Check your Chase Offers again. I added and used my $200 off $400, it showed in my Offers Wallet, and now when I go to my offers it isn't there anymore. On another Chase card, SW Business, I had the same offer, added it, and it disappeared before I could use it. I should have taken screen shots because this might turn into a fight with Chase.

My charges were split as well, what a pain in the ***. I should have known better than to buy from a crappy merchant. Now going to have to spend hours returning stuff.

I just checked my account and the offer is still there, with 27 days left to redeem. (I haven't found something to buy yet.) So at least that's one data point showing it hasn't been removed, at least as of now.
