I have a bespoke fridge and it's been pretty amazing 1100 shipped through edu. BUT I would recommend a Bosch dishwasher if you can afford it. I bought one last year and went from never using the dishwasher to using it everyday. I love that thing

So I was supposed to have them come on Tuesday to deliver and install, got a 4 hour window, but they never ended up coming because they were behind schedule and had to cancel some people. Now theyre coming tomorrow supposedly. After this is all done, can I chat Samsung and possibly get some money back for not having a dishwasher for almost an extra week? Does anyone have experience doing this?

So RXO came to install but the person said they wouldn't install because our old dishwasher was hardwired. Costco installed that old one just fine just a couple years ago. Is this an RXO thing? Do they just have installers who aren't very good?

That is BS. Most dishwashers are hard wired. In fact the Samsung is configured for hard wiring by default.

This was a PIA to install. It is larger than my old Maytag and required every inch of space till the back wall. I had to duct tape the drain hose in a specific positon so that it did not interfere with pushing the machine all the way to the wall. It required the feet to be raised quite a bit to line up with the cabinet.

I got it in the white model. It is NOT white - seems grayish compared to my other appliances which is a real bummer. The kick plate is black and they included a white sticker presumably to put on the black plate. Seriously? They have a "bespoke" $1200 list price washer with a paper sticker to get to the white color I ordered? Ridiculous!

At least I have it installed now and it seems to be working,

This is turning into a complete nightmare at this point. First RXO is pure garbage as a company. Now FedEx has had my iPad mini stuck in Irving Texas for weeks. It couldn't even manage delivery within the same state without getting lost. I contacted FedEx and they said I would have to initiate a "claims" in order for them to bother to look for it, and only Samsung can do that apparently. I will get in contact with them later, but it's just another headache in a long line of headaches.

Got it delivered this week and installed by RXO the next day. Delivery folks didn't hand over installation kit. But installers got spare one with them. If you are still awaiting delivery, make sure that delivery folks give you blue box installation kit as well.
Now, coming to installation, they arrived within their scheduled window. The old one was hardwired but they took care of installing electrical outlet in my under sink cabinet. Yes, this model requires little more space (depth) compared with my old Samsung that it replaced but eventually it fit. My top panel is not fully hidden when door is closed, like my old one but I am fine with it as it allows me to access the panel even when door is closed. Overall, installers did a great job. Post install, they started dishwasher and checked for any leaks as well. All turned out well. Yes, a lot depends on who you get for installation.
Coming to the dishwasher itself, it's amazingly silent. Washing and drying performance was also excellent. Connecting with Smartthings app was easy but not sure App makes sense for the appliance like Dishwasher. The only issue I see is Rack wires don't feel solidly build. Noise was my only concern with my old DW and this one scores 200% on that.
I got trade in label the next day after delivery. Yet to send iPad for trade in but based on my past experiences with Samsung, I see no issues, unless FedEx screws things up. Overall, great deal provided installation done right.

I purchased a used iPad from eBay for $50 like the original poster suggested and sent it in. Samsung hadn't processed the trade-in until I contacted them today, but now it is done. This was a great deal on dishwasher for $276.61 total.
