**edit: the re-send giftcard button on the order details page doesn't work > chat told me to call 1-800-842-6596 > press "2" for thank you points > say "something else" > phone agent re-sent giftcard on citi's end > expct results in 24-48 hours (12/03 1645 EST right now)

***edit / update #2: no results in 48 hours > called again > re-sent to a different email address domain, i.e. yahoo > immediate success ... fyi, it seems outlook domain is the culprit in my experience.

Microsoft email services block a lot of legit email. You won't even see it in any spam folder. It's a pain in the ass so I always recommend Gmail instead.
