I can't speak for this particular model but I have the 1100w and it has been a regrettable purchase.

I've had this model since 2017. I only use it a few times a year, but it's still going strong. My only complaint is there's no way to pause it without having to reprogram. But that could be user error, it doesn't happen often enough for me to check.

Want to enlighten us any further? Did you not like the color? Took to long to cook? Repeatedly stalled out? Never got hot enough? Smelled funny? The app perhaps did not work? It kept falling into the container because it had no clip?

A little late but I wanted ro reply for the sake of completeness: All wireless connectivity worked once then never worked again. The housing isn't sealed well, after just about any long cook time moisture gets into it and scrambles the LCD display. The app is a bloated disaster and finding any documentation on the product was a lost cause. Lastly, it performs no better than my Dash branded 700w I wanted to replace, It doesn't heat any faster or keep the temp more stable.
