This is the equivalent to the Milwaukee installation drill I've been told. But better because of the Chuck or something.

I don't think it's been for the brushless in a little while. I got my combo kit for $149 about a year ago

This is better than the Milwaukee one for many reasons:
- metal chuck
- all bit has bit lock
- no stupid d handle design (copied from Festool model) and weak magnet

I sold my Milwaukee version after I got this for $99 on Amazon. It's now my most used tool around the house. Like 95% of the time.
