Also, when checking out make sure you do it through a location that offers the installation. When you pick your location when checking out there should be an installation package added that includes the wiring kit for your car make and have you set a time for the appointment. The earliest for me is January 3rd.

I took a shot and installed in the beginning of November since they posted purchases made between Nov.1, 2024 and Dec. 31,2024 qualify for their Holiday return and Exchange promise. (Printed right on receipt)
I bought a Viper remote start November 6, on sale through the web site, not the app paid $240 installed. On Nov.18 the price dropped $20 so I went back and got an adjustment, no problem,.$20 plus tax back to my card.
Not knowing if there was going to be a BF sale, I asked the manager who did what they call a Price Correction how many times I can do an adjustment, and he said no limit if the price drops until the 31'st.
Like I said they messed with the customers hoping for a deal and sadly there was none to be had this season. I still have it in my cart and keep checking.
I even searched this site for deals on remote starters in years past and timing of the deals. Wow did the prices spike this year!
I got the free T-Harness and the free installation but it was rung up very oddly by the clerk with the Viper being $130 and there was a charge for the T-Harness. However the total came out exactly to the penny when all was said and done.
When I went for the "Price Correction" the manager didn't blink the way it was rung up so I guess that's the way they do it.
Sorry for the story, just giving an example of how things went with Bestbuy and my remote starter this holiday season so far. Crappy lol. FYI this was for a 2019 Honda.
The highlight was that I was able to get it installed the next day after instore purchase. This was my 4th remote starter, and my 3rd with Bestbuy

I personally would wait for this one to go on sale. The range is really good and you don't have to pay any monthly fees.
