These are the only ones I use now. One key is to be confident and squeeze the handles quickly. If you go slow, it doesn't work well.

If you're still stripping wire the "old" way, grab one of these. You'll kick yourself for not buying one sooner. Even if you're just a weekend warrior.

I make a lot of ethernet cables helping out friends/neighbors with security camera systems and such as well as random electrical work around my house and these are great.

Have the Klein but not this one so can't really compare them. Klein works great too. Looking at the pictures, it looks like they have pretty much the same design and working mechanism. I haven't had any issues with the Klein over several years of use.

Oh looking at it closer, this one seems to have wire crimping function in the handle. The Klein doesn't have that - so functionally this seems to be better.
