Tempted as it get delivered to my house and has a built in gutter system. Anyone have any experience with this model? I have an older 6x4 Rubbermaid and it's been great in the northeast.

It's likely the paint won't hold up unless you prep like crazy. Typically these plastic sheds are an "as-is" situation.

Dude from Arizona says others. As someone who has family in both, 90 days of straight 110° weather isn't surprising to think it would crush a resin shed

I live in Phoenix and mine never melted. It has been up for over 8 years and is in direct sun for 8 hours daily.

I don't understand why they always design these things like everyone lives in a 1920's farmhouse. I get that it's extremely "traditional" but it's also such a specific look. Just a simple box structure would be a nice starting point. It's not like anyone's looking at this and is being fooled that it's wooden barndoors and actual shingles in the first place.

I buy this one. I recommend no. I didn't listen to reviews. I want cheap. I get garbage. Door get struck every time open. Design problems. Door is hard to open and close. Garbage. Inside truss support is flimsy. Wait for sliding door model of Costco to buy (different brand). Inside will be boiling hot in summer. I don't know if others are the same but store garden stuff ior junk s ok not your clothes. One star for comfort and ease of use. Once buy I can't return. They refer to mfg for any defect even within 30days. It is too heavy to pack back into a box. Take long time to assemble. It take 2 of us half day work together to complete because there are too many screws and pieces. Pass and you will thank me. There is reason why it is on sale. This should be boycotted. An angry customer.

Had one of these and it fell over within a year. Really bad QC; holes rarely lined up and the directions were a mess. It got so warped that it was impossible to reassemble, so had to junk it and went full wood build.

Costco currently has Suncast Modernist 8'x7' shed on sale for $899, I think that's a better shed for $100 more and from Costco
