Is this still true? It doesn't mention anything in the item description on Best Buys website. I bought and returned it for black Friday and didn't get a steelbook either. Lots of reviews saying the steelbook was just a preorder bonus.

Bought this at $40 on BF. Great game and as long as you aren't turned off by a lot of mini games and some fairly high difficulty, I highly recommend it. It's just a game where you can't brute force your way through some fights. You can be sailing through over world enemies and then hit a boss that will humble you quick until you learn to pressure and stagger effectively.

I preordered the deluxe edition and didn't get the steelbook because they "ran out." Some of us didn't even get the steelbook, even if it was advertised until release 😢
