Same as GameStop online (it's $70 in store and they refuse to price match.) walmart and best buy. All without the bonus though. I literally just walked out of best buy with it. Is the controller skin worth waiting a few days?

I mean, the game has been out for a year and you've waited, so I guess it's up to you if it's worth waiting a few days. I would probably just out of curiosity and I probably won't get to it til the weekend anyway..

That $20 is a sweet spot for me. Although maybe I should wait for the version with the DLC comes out. I played FF7R without the Yuffie DLC and I don't know if I wanna drop $20 for something that's a few hours.

I loved this game so much. Was it bloated? Yup. Was the final boss fight a little cheap? Absolutely. But I fell in love with the original in 97 and these two remakes have been so freaking awesome. I already bought it on Green Man Gaming so I can play it on PC next year. If you love JRPGs, open world games, action games etc give this a shot. It rules.

Same! As an old man, I still have fond memories of FF7. Rebirth really nails it. The music, the atmosphere, the story is far more complicated and complex this time, but it's still compelling. The mini games were fun, but the card game alone is worth the price of admission. Going through the card game missions were an absolute blast.

I don't understand which Final Fantasy VII games are which ones, or what order they are supposed to be in, or if they are remakes of the remake - the titles for them don't make it clear at all.

They said no DLC for Rebirth because they want to focus on part 3

If you were truly interested it's not complicated at all. There's only one original game, FF7 for PS1. That original game is in the process of being remade as a 3 part series, and Rebirth (this game) is the second part of that 3 part series.

Remake, (1/3, released 2017ish) Rebirth(2/3 this game ), and Reunion (3/3 Unreleased). All three of these are, together, a "remake" of the OG game.

As a huge, mega fan of the original, I think what they decided to do creatively with these games is very unfortunate and dissapointing. If anyone told them to stick to the script, they definitely didn't listen.
