The quality of this company is on par with noctua and 1/3rd of the price.
These are static pressure fans (highest I found on the market), the fins are designed to push through small spaces. Think, 4-5 hard drives stacked in a cage with only enough space for 5–10 sheets of paper between each for air cooling or the radiator for your all-in-one cpu watercooler. I have 6 of the max's in my 15 bay rosewill 4u server case. I only needed 3 they work so well. I run 7200 rpm enterprise drives and they dont move in temperature and the fans are basically idle at 1600-1800 rpm.
You don't need these for a standard case fan, but they will work. Arctic makes a different blade design for standard case cooling that isnt obstructed. The max's make fantastic exhaust fans and go with another model of theirs for intake fans.

On a side note, one of the reviews on the Amazon suggested that if using these fans one will need 30-32mm screws; where as the standard screws that were provided with most cases is 27-28mm especially the ones from previous years....something to watch out for...
If anyone is in doubt, these really are amazing and high-quality fans. I have 9x of them spinning in my 4U server, 24/7 since 2019.
they are quiet, efficient and still running!
They don't make the strongest CPU coolers, but their fans are top notch!
If you don't need the MAX model, they sell the regular models in 3-5 packs at a VERY fair price.
I'm a fan of these fans. I have a high-end custom watercooling setup, and moving to these fans exclusively has been excellent for both component temperature and noise levels. From what I could tell they work as well as Noctua fans at a fraction of the price, which matters a lot when your setup needs 6 of them :-P
I have both a pair of these and a pair of noctua fans in my NR200 case and these are definitely louder. The price on these is good though considering how well they cool and pull air through my case.

Just a light clicking sound, fan still moved air fine but the main reason i have this case is to hear as little noise as possible.
