I have these for my radiators. They are pretty quiet until the upper end of their RPM range. They move a lot of air, and they'll push that air through a dust filter, radiator, or whatever. The fan blades have a ring around them to help with balance. This is a good deal for some powerful fans.

Note that since these will require a connection per fan, perfect if you have a fan controller, spare fan headers on your motherboard, or a splitter cable that connects multiple fans to a single fan header.
