There will obviously be rare occurrences where a TV on a random shelf at some store in the country is sold for less, but it doesn't support your argument unless it's available to everyone.
Found that on Reddit and it stopped the high pitch sounds. Still no clue on the cause.

He then continued to call me to see if I was home yet and when they showed up they pulled up way to fast and took out my mail box. The Best buy manager I talked to said they have had issues ever since they went with contractors to do the installs and deliveries.

And an OLED is the one TV I would prefer to buy from BB with their burn in warranty.
And that warranty is @ $299 unless the price of the TV is above $1500, then it bumps to $449 and higher past $2k purchase.
So 5 year cost is $1800, unless it craps out earlier, in which case I get $1500 towards a new one
