Inexpensive 10 inch Tablet

I am looking for a 10 inch tablet that I can use simply for recipes and some you tube. My old Fire Tablet is a complete dud. I am on a fixed income so anything expensive is out of my league. Any suggestions? I have no issues with an "off brand" as long as it works.
