It's a heck of a deal with a 4ah battery, but $249 is definitely an inflated MSRP. The most I ever saw this saw in the store was in the $150 range with the battery.

These are crazy deals, enough to get a whole new set of batteries and a charger for the tools I don't have in battery versions yet. Cheaper to get these than to get similar or inferior products from Dewalt and similar.

I'm a DeWalt and Milwaukee guy usually but these Kobalt deals have been insanely good this holiday season. Very tough to beat this price w/ tool & battery & charger included, especially for someone who is DIY.

Wish I needed another 6 1/2 inch portable saw, this is an awesome deal. Plus, I don't have any other Kobalt 24v tools and don't feel like investing in another ecoscape of batteries.

And kobalt is actually good. I like my Kobalt set. The XTR is actually something people are sleeping on! Xtr outperforms a lot of the Dewalt XR and Milwaukee tools.

80v greenworks, 20v dewalt with adapters for old dewalt and ryobi, and now 24v kobalt here.

I just called Lowes and received my $10.00 refund. Easier than buying again and returning.
